Anguita Osorio Joins the Chilean Cybersecurity Alliance to Strengthen its Regulatory Focus

🤝 The Chilean Cybersecurity Alliance (ACC) has announced the incorporation of Anguita Osorio, a law firm specialized in corporate law with a strong focus on the intersection between technology, regulation, and corporate governance.

The welcome meeting included partners Ángel Anguita Osorio and Eduardo Anguita Osorio, together with the president of the Alliance, Marco Antonio Álvarez, who emphasized that the arrival of Anguita Osorio represents a key reinforcement of the Alliance’s legal framework.

“The implementation of the Cybersecurity Framework Law requires a deep understanding of the regulatory framework and its implications for organizations. Bringing in a firm experienced in corporate law and regulation allows us to more solidly address the challenges faced by boards of directors and executive teams. This type of know-how is essential to translate regulation into concrete actions, strengthen compliance, and raise governance standards in cybersecurity”, Álvarez stated.

From the firm’s perspective, the motivation for joining ACC is to strengthen the national discussion on cybersecurity, contributing with a legal and governance vision.
